There are 3 required forms before a camper can start their week of Skyhook Camp. If this will be your first visit, please be sure to fill out a safety waiver. ALL participants must have a safety waiver on file before they are allowed to participate in any activity at Skyhook. *NOTE* You are unable to sign-up if you have not completed a safety waiver first. Additionally, newly completed Code of Conduct forms and our Food/Medical forms must be submitted to or brought with you on your first day of camp. If you have attended a camp before, you DO need to fill out a new Code of Conduct and Food Allergy waiver but you DO NOT need to fill out a new Safety waiver. Children are NOT allowed to participate without all 3 of these forms completed and submitted by the morning of their first camp day.
If this is your first time attending Skyhook, call or email us to complete your camp sign-ups! If you have been here before, you can complete your sign-up and payment through the ‘Member Login’ page located at the top right of our website.
