Gymnastics and Parkour

Wanna ease on into American Ninja Warrior training? Parkour and gymnastics are some of the best ways to do that.

         We have dedicated an entire area of spring floor and tumble track to parkour and gymnastics training. Our obstacles that we use can be used for parkour or for american ninja warrior training. Often we will train our intro Ninjas for our classes starting on the floor. This being because it is a good way to ease on into everything and build yourself up to the more challenging obstacles. Our coaches will also use parkour and gymnastics as a good way to condition our athletes seeing as it is a fun and challenging way to run.



About our Parkour and Gymnastics floor

     our spring floor helps create a safe place for trying new things without the fear of falling. But pads and mats are always a good thing to have. For our gymnasts we have all types of good stuff from the foam doughnut to our tumble track. Nothing on our gymnastics and parkour floor is unavailable to our members. But always feel free to ask a coach if you are unsure of an obstacle. If your looking to work on your balance or some flips and tricks don’t worry we can help you with that as well. As we specialize in American Ninja Warrior we also specialize in gymnastics and parkour. We coach gymnasts all the way from beginners to gymnastics A. We also have parkour specialists from all around America letting us work with renowned free runners and parkour specialists.

Monday: tumbling class all ages 6:00 pm- 6:45 pm


Thursday: Parkour beginner class 5:30 pm-6:30 pm
